A Chance for Life aims to promote recovery in adults and children with acquired brain injury and other disabling conditions. A Chance for Life comprises a team of specialist Case Managers and Occupational Therapists who work with the client and family to provide the best possible chance of leading a meaningful life.
The spreadsheet-based case management system at A Chance for Life was manually intensive and unwieldy both for field practitioners and administrators in handling allocated time, expense, and resources. From a business management point of view, information was slow to be gathered and cash flow was a series of peaks and troughs.
The recently-appointed office manager, Gill Clarke, had previously been a Noveos NPM user at an architectural practice, and alerted her managers to the potential of the solution at A Chance for Life. All agreed that a trial of the software with relevant data was the next step.
Gill Clarke comments on the impact of NPM at A Chance for Life:
