AAe were reaching the limits of their management system mix of in-house databases and Sage Job Costing.
There was no readily available view across its regional offices of all projects under way, and access to information on stage progress and costs was via an administrator in one of the offices.
In addition, a lack of a timesheet entry system led to duplication of manual effort, besides the inevitable delay in recording project ‘actuals’.
After a demo of key functions, AAe took the decision to implement Noveos Practice Manager across the firm, opting for a networked version allowing access for project managers in all offices .
