The system is available either as a single user, stand alone system where time is entered centrally and all administrative and reporting functions are to be completed on a single PC or as a multi user, fully networked edition that provides the option of a timesheet on every desk and direct access to reporting / job creation from nominated user’s desktops, while retaining the option for centralised admin and time entry.
The system is exceptionally easy to set up initially. It requires the minimum of day to day input once up and running. All screens are clearly and logically laid out so will quickly feel familiar.
The system requires no special skills to use and is highly approachable - for even the most technophobic of users. A small range of extension modules are available to add additional facilities to the core product. If your needs change or develop then an upgrade to Noveos Practice Manager is possible without loss / alteration of data and most screens will immediately be familiar.
