As with all our software, we are happy to make Noveos Practice Manager available for free trial evaluation for a period of 30 days.
During this period, you will have access to a complete version of the software backed by full support and on line training should you need it.

Extended trials
We appreciate that Noveos Practice Manager is an extensive piece of software and that it may not be possible to evaluate it fully in 30 days. To allow practices to make a no commitment, thorough evaluation of our software, we are also happy to provide the complete system for a 3 month extended trial.

How our 3 month extended trial option works:
On supply of the software we will invoice you the equivalent of 3 months subscription based on the number if users in the trial (you can increase the users during the trial if you wish, subject to a pro-rata cost). This is on normal 14 day terms.
You then have 3 months from the date of first use to evaluate the software. This trial period is fully supported including free on line training and bespoke report writing.
At the conclusion of the trial period you have the following ‘money back’ options:
1. Purchase the software – 100% of the trial cost is deducted from the purchase price
2. Continue to use the software on subscription – the trial cost acts as your initial deposit
3. Discontinue use of the system – we will refund the cost of your trial
Money back – why not free?
We wish to make it as easy and commitment free as possible for practices to be sure they are making the right decision.
Equally, we know that practices undertaking an extended trial will rightly expect a high level of support with possibly training and report writing on top. These represent real costs for us and in return we need the comfort of knowing that there is ‘serious’ intention and interest on the practice’s part.
It’s a strange fact of life that free things are seldom valued; what we are delivering is valuable software (backed by a dedicated support team) that can make a real and valuable difference to your practice.
We believe the terms of our extended trial provide an unequalled opportunity to fully test our system in your practice against your criteria and requirements without making any irreversible financial or operational commitments. By the end of 3 months, we would expect all practices to be fully up to speed and starting to gain significant benefits from our system.
