Helpdesk, email & phone support
Unlimited support is available via e mail, our helpdesk or over the phone. All users automatically have a dedicated account created on our helpdesk. The helpdesk can be accessed on http://helpdesk.noveospm.com.
If you are unsure of your account details then please let us know and we will confirm these details to you.
The helpdesk also allows support requests to be submitted and managed through e mail. Details of the e mail address and usage is supplied to all users with their account details. If you are unsure how to use this facility or need assistance then please let us know and we will supply details and instructions.
We also provide free telephone support between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday. Call 01747 830919.
Self help facilities
The help desk also provides easy to use self help on many common questions together with a growing range of quick tips and tricks under the heading of ‘ Did you know?’.
Together these are designed to help users make the most of the system and gain access to solutions to common problems outside normal support hours. (You will need helpdesk login details to access these pages – let us know if you need help with this)
On line training
We want all users to get the most from our software. We provide free on line training on any topic, large or small, at a time to suit you.
Many users have already benefited from this free facility and we have found this offers better results than intensive on site sessions that usually result in information overload rather than meaningful training.
