July 2026
Our second release of 2026 (2026.3) is available for all users. We encourage all users to apply the latest update, all subscription and support packages include this update.
- Resource Planning: added direct access to the invoice schedule from any resource plan.
- Resource Planning: complete control over the default expanded state of every section of the resource plan.
- Resource Planning: improvements to the handling of sub consultant stage fees when calculating profit.
- Resource Planning: added the ability to control the apportioning of the plan to job roles and employees when allocating by curve at the stage level.
- Resource Planning: new system setting to allow new plans to automatically link stages as predecessors and apply a default dwell period between each stage.
- Resource Planning: new function to copy selected stage resources to multiple stages on the same plan.
- Resource Planning: added the ability to copy allocation proportions when copying resources between stages.
- Resource Planning: new screen to review resource proportion allocations for a stage.
- Resource Planning: new function to allow employees to be added directly from a stage.
- Resource Planning: new stage management screen to bring all stage resource plan functions in to one place.
- Resource Planning: the stage budget can now be overridden, effectively decoupling it from the stage fee.
- Job Progression: the vertical job progression view now respects the same filters as the horizontal view. All progression filters are saved with grid layouts.
- Holiday Planner: bank holidays can now be preloaded with any holiday unit.
- Invoicing: new option to exclude sub consultant stages.
- Jobs: improved access to job notes and note management.
- Milestones: admins can now change the Completed By employee.

- Quickbooks: improved support for Quickbooks invoice fields including custom fields, email address settings and payment terms.
- Quickbooks: multiple invoices can be posted to Quickbooks in a single batch.
- Jobs: new notes facility with full history and management facilities.
- Prospects: prospect booked in date can be managed independently from the job booked in date.
- Prospects: the prospect conversion date can now be overridden.
- Milestones: new progression screens have been developed to monitor and manage job and prospect progression through milestone templates.
- Holiday planner: significant performance improvements have been made to the employee holiday planner and holiday management screens.
- Wellbeing: a full suite of wellbeing monitoring tools has been added with options to fully customise the presentation of employee wellbeing monitoring.
- Resourcing: employee resourcing now provides a full notes facility.
- Job types: added code field and the ability to nest job types in a parent/child relationship.
- Project types: added code field and the ability to nest project types in a parent/child relationship.
January 2026

- Multi-factor authentication (MFA): all applications have been updated to respect a new suite of multi-factor authentication processes.
- Passwords: new password rules have been implemented together with password monitoring and analysis to allow practices to improve the security of their user logins.
- Jobs: analysis tags can be assigned to all jobs.
- Quickbooks: support organisations where sales tax is disabled.
October 2025
Our third release of 2025 (2025.3) is available for all users. We encourage all users to apply the latest update, all subscription and support packages include this update.
- Holiday planner: the approval process has been streamlined to improve speed and efficiency.
- Invoicing: combined reports can now be printed or exported to PDF, merging the invoice with an optional detail report to produce a single document.
- Jobs: approval process.
- Resource planning: work can now be planned for all resources from the stage level using curve allocations.

Our first major release of 2025 (2025.1) is available for all users.
- Tasks: full task management by job and stage.
- Tasks: task templates can be created and applied to any stage.
- Tasks: time, notes and progress can be recorded per task.
- Milestones: templates can be created and applied to any stage.
- Resource Planning: improvements to employee resource loading views.
- Resource Planning: planned work can be reassigned between any role or employee.
- Invoicing: the default invoice up to date can be controlled using a new system setting. New options include current date, last day of the month, first Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri of the month and last Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri of the month.
November 2024
Our third release of 2024 (2024.3) is complete and available for all users.
